Privacy policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026. Thermopompe Estrie is an information and referral service.

What we collect

The quote form is disabled and collects no requests or contact details. The site uses no cookies. A visit to the French contractor guide may be counted with the source page path only, without IP address or query parameters.

Why, and who receives it

For one purpose: connecting you with a heat pump contractor in your area who prepares a quote for the project you described. With your consent (the checkbox on the form), your request is shared with one contractor in your area, for this project only. It is never sold or used for anything else. Two technical providers carry the form: Cloudflare (hosting) and Mailgun (the email containing your request); their servers may be located outside Québec.

Retention and your rights

Requests are kept for at most 24 months, then deleted. You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent.
